A comprehensive and engaging set of resources to support the development of knowledge, understanding and analysis of the News, with a specific focus on Newspapers. The resources include a range of interactive and printable activities that relate to the study of Newspapers in Component 1 of the new GCSE specification. All areas of the theoretical framework of media are explored through contemporary examples and case studies, with some historical context. These resources facilitate the study of Newspaper products considering media language, representations, media organisations and audiences.
